Hi all, i have installed cgroups, but my issue is i cannot start the service, it just says failed to start. I can although see the tab in service plans. Any idea how to check why the service fails to start ? Thanks all

Please check the Plesk > Tools & Settings > License Management > Resource Controller (Cgroups) value.
If it is set to Off, then the Cgroups was not purchased for the current license, and it is required to purchase the license key for it.

Hi, thanks for reply, i have the licence for it, it says its on. The problem is when i install it and i try to start the service it says failed, just that
I have the Web Host Edition of Plesk

After installation i go to services and i try to start Resource Controller (Cgroups) and i get the message Unable to start service: Internal server error

Try to find more details in the panel.log file and in the output of

# journalctl -u sw-collectd

command.

I does not say nothing about cgroups, i have checked, and now after 1 hour the service started successfully ..... HOW ? This thing is driving me crazy !
