Just migrated a site from plesk 7.5 getting internal server error

I thing that you need to remove option 'AuthLDAPAuthoritative' from /var/www/vhosts/intranet.mjcare.com/httpsdocs/.htaccess file at least. Or check that this Apache module is enabled here - Tools & Settings>Apache Modules
