Kasperky / missing "order new key"

I am trying to order the kasperky virus modul.
I have first installed that by checking it and then install.
I have got an email, which I did not really understand.

In the help now it is written, that I should go to the licence key management and there click on "order new key".
I have not such clickable entrance or tool or whatever.

The install page says, that kaspersky is installed, but no possibility to get the key I need.

It is not clear from whom and how you ordered KAV license key.
Generally such situation occurs because of the following: in Plesk KAV license key should be "assigned" to Plesk license installed on this server. Probably in your case KAV key is not assigned.

I found, that this a limitation from the provider of my rootserver.
He uses a plesk version, where ordering additional features directly from plesk is disabled.
