Kaspersky Module Filtering Options

I just finished setting up Kaspersky in 8.3.0 and added .*\.exe$ to the Black List group.

What other file types should I add to the Black List?

I also added .*\.doc$ to the White List group.

What other file types should I add to the White List?

+ to blacklist:
.xls, vbs, bat, com, actually extension can be any, say .com renamed to .jpg.

.doc in whitelist is not really secure - macroviruses can be within. generally binaries which cannot be stuffed with viruses can be whitelisted. jpg, gif, so on, mp3, mid, so on
