Hello,

since i tried to install the KAV Module, i get these errors and if i enable the service - my entire email server refuses to work.

If somebody can help me - would be great.-

so I'm not that stubid that i dont understand what is written in the log, but what means the network-licence?

I ordered that module throught tel. and I asked if it will work with my from one&one (1&1) supplied key for plesk.

And now I start thinkink that it dont....


please help me - i cannot find more information.

it seems to me that there is some feature in your license of kav.
there are a number of allowed network clients (that can use this i believe); on your license it is set to 1 probably.

Hi..

is it granted, that this error depends on the License?

Yesterday a bought a 100email License for Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Plesk, and after installing it i have the same problem.

I would be glad, if there is any known solution for this. Because Email-Checking is necessary for our work.

I manually tried the update like in the first link, it did work successful.

I'm not able to open the other link .. /internal/en/3069 It says "access denied"....
