Hi all,
I know that a lot of people have commented here about KayleeAndTepid's customer service so I'd like to toss in my own experience. I reached out to KayleeAndTepid via their service portal on their website and didn't receive a response. After giving them a few days to respond, I reached out here on their facebook page and was given an immediate response!
The agents who helped me were personable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They gave me succinct steps of how to receive a new rug pad (mine was the wrong size for my rug) and made me feel valued the entire time. As someone who works in Customer service, I think this was a top notch experience! I'm so grateful!
