Keep Alive setting in plesk

How do enable the "HTTP Responce Keep Alive" setting in plesk. For some reason Plesk thinks this should be turned off.

Could you please also explain what option exactly is changed by Plesk? Can you attach screenshot of IIS Server Manager?
