Keeping SiteBuilder 4 on Plesk Panel 10

I have need to upgrade PHP to 5.2.0 for other web site requirements. When my server admins tried to update PHP, they discovered they must update php-sqlite as well, which is required by SiteBuilder 4.5. Does anyone know if we can update sqlite without breaking SiteBuilder?
