Due to this my Admin panel is redirecting in loop and when i tried to license using command line plesk bin license --install XXXXXX-M5D110-3VSA14-KD4V16-XXXXXX it given me an error

I am purchasing a Plesk license from my Managed service consulting company and it working fine but than i purchased license from Plesk official website during the blackfriday offer day (1 year package). And my provider deleted that file i guess. When i contact them they says to pay for license and they will fix that.

Now, Last time it happened same thing. i paid again and they fixed. Now today when my license expired with them, again same problem is happening and i am not sure how to resolve this.

How to rebuild keys/info and license my plesk?

I tried running : plesk repair fs -system -y but no use

Have you tried following the fix as outline in this article?

If so, you might be affected by a bug that someone else also ran into as seen at Issue - Unable to get key: Repository is not opened but I would recommend trying the fix outline in the above support article.

Of course, if all else fails, reach out to support by referring to this article: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213953025-How-to-get-support-directly-from-Plesk-

@scsa20 Thanks for the article. i have already followed and it does not fixed.

UPDATED:

I fixed the issues by installing fresh Plesk in dummy server. copying "info" and "registry.xml" file from new Plesk and pasting in my old Plesk. It got fixed now. I am able to login and operate correcly.

Thank you/
