language file lisance problem

Hello,

i have a 1 language lisance but i don't want to use english. I will use only turkish language file. How can i do it?

You need just download turkish LP from our web site and install it. Plesk shold replace recent English with Turkish.
 
i did it . But nothing changed. only english avaible on plesk.

Is there any bug?
