Issue Lets Encrypt c[s] is undefined

Basic Pleskian
In 80% cases of generating lets encrypt certificates for domains i get this error:

Something went wrong.
c is undefined
----
so cert can not be generated..

A log file under /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log
doesnt exists

The log you're looking for is at /var/log/plesk/panel.log.

I'm not sure what could be causing this issue, though. Do you have ModSecurity enabled on the server?
 
no, its disabled:

Do the domains in question have a document root directory with appropriate permissions so that these domains can be accessed from the Internet?
 
This is an issue we have on latest Plesk Obsidian when the Web Application Firewall (WAF) is enabled. I think Plesk Corp. should extend its test cases and deliver a micro update (or let WAF ruleset updates deliver) as soon as possible.
Turning WAF off is a temporary workaround, but can be done only by admin users.
