PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Nightly maintenance upgrade of Let's Encrypt extension fails with "ERROR: Failed to install or upgrade the extension 'Let's Encrypt' (package: letsencrypt): Unable to open source file. Not zip file."

Resolved - Failed to install or upgrade the extenion 'Let's Encrypt' (package: letsencrypt)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Auto-update Let's Encrypt extension 2.02 to 2.03 during nightly maintenance.​
ACTUAL RESULT:
Does not update.

Logged error in upgrade log:
ERROR: Failed to install or upgrade the extension 'Let's Encrypt' (package: letsencrypt): Unable to open source file. Not zip file.​
EXPECTED RESULT:
Updates.​
