Resolved Lets Encrypt for mails server problem

Hello,

I recently switched from using a paid certificate for the mail server of Plesk to a free lets encrypt one.
Now i have the problem that the customers sing webmail are complaining about certificate popups.

How can i fix this?

The name of your incoming/outgoing mail server entries of your local mail application is wrong. Instead of what you've currently configured in your mail application use the hostname of your server, because that's the one you have a cert for.
