Resolved letsencrypt and Mail service is disabled on domain

I have an issue with one domain and letstencrypt. On the domain the mailservice is disabled and in letsencrypt the checkbox for secure webmail is not checked. Anyway in the panel log I have the following error message everytime the schedule for letsencrypt run

ERR [extension/letsencrypt] Failed to resolve challenge for domain webmail.xyz.de: Mail service is disabled on domain xyz.de.

Well the webmail.xyz.de A record exist but in this case it points to an external mail service which is used for this domain.

any hint would be apreciated

The Issue @Brujo noted is also a issue for the Plesk Let´s Encrypt extension at the github repro, I can confirm the workaround: Let's encrypt notifications: Missed domain names failed to pass validation: webmail.example.com works to solve it.
