  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Letsencrypt: Missed domain names failed to pass validation emails

brainforge

Basic Pleskian
I have a subdomain:
mysubdomain.mydomain.co.uk

In hostings setting I have preferred domain set to:
mysubdomain.mydomain.co.uk

In Plesk domain panel I can renew the domain manually.
I skip the www stuff OK.

Below SSL/TLS Certificates I see message Issues will be fixed automatically

Go into SSL/TLS Certificates warns me with orange triangle about www not being secured - that's OK, I don't want it or care.
Email / wildcard not secured and TLS disabled - again that's OK

Having manually renewed the certificate I would expect my selections to be remembered with the following outcome.
(a) I don't get Letsencrypt emails with the above message - although maybe the first one as a warning.
(b) I don't see the Issues will be fixed automatically message in Plesk - although maybe see it once and able to acknowledge it.
(c) I only get an email / Plesk panel alert if something changes and Letsencrypt cannot renew the certificate using my original selections.
