Resolved letsencrypt wildcard SSL for WP MU

Hello;

I am having issues get the letsencrypt wildcard ssl to work with my WP mulsites (sub domain). i have followed the WP plesk tutorial for adding wildcard domain Configuring Wildcard Subdomains for multi site under Plesk Control Panel « WordPress Codex

i have enabled the wildcard SSL feature however the sub sites (sub domains has refused to work. The SSL was added to kraftysprouts.media and not *.kraftysprouts.media
