Licence expiry problem

When the licence is about to expiry (before it updates automatically or by retrieving key) it puts a notice at the top of the page when all users login:

Warning:
Your license is about to expire. Please update your license.

We resell site builder as part of our hosting services. We do not want our users to see this warning message. Is there another to do this such as an email to the administrator email address rather than the warning notice.
