Licence key cannot be renewed

Hi SiteBuilder,

My licence for SiteBuilder has expired yesterday, but when I tried to renew it by pressing the 'retrieve' button, it gave the message "Error occurred when updating the key". Where can I get someone send me a new licence key via email? I should not be paying money for this kind of support.
