P poke Guest May 3, 2006 #2 go to "server" then "license" then click on retrieve key. It should have your old key if you updated and it'll be able to update it via plesk.

P poke Guest May 4, 2006 #6 I just assuming you have a plesk 7.x.x key. I would email sales or who ever you purchased the key from and find out what version it is at.
