License Issue

We have some really old Ensim servers (Pre Plesk) that customers still insist on keeping. We have recently moved the servers to another datacenter and have had to change the IP addresses on the servers. We need to update the IP address on these licenses however we are not sure who to contact. I know the license servers are still active as these servers have been active for years.
