Is it possible to have two plesk with the same licence? A plesk in production and the other just to make restorations of backup in the event of problem.

You can't do it, it will definitely cause a problem. The server "checks in" with Sw-soft to verify a legitimate license.Sw-soft will give you a temporary second license for the same server, but only for migration purposes.
