Issue License problem

Hello!

I ordered a unlimited Plesk license from IBM, they sent me the key but are saying they don't have the activation code nor the activation file.

How can I get that code? Can I activate my Plesk panel using my license key?

I sent a request through plesk form 3 days ago but didn't get any responses. That's why I'm here.

I'm using a trial key that is going to expire in 1 day, and I already have 100+ domains hosted in it.. I'm really worried

I think this could be done this way:
  • Go to Tools & Settings > License Management > Additional License Keys and click Install Key.
  • Choose Upload a license key file.
If this does not work and Plesk does not respond, as an emergency workaround get a new licence key (activation code) from the Plesk store for a single month so that you can continue to work with your system. Then clarify the issue with Plesk.
