I have a dedicated server with company X, with a leased license of Plesk 8. Can I upgrade to plesk 9?
 
I am using lease license too. If you want to upgrade to plesk 9, you have to contact them first and they will reissue you another license key. The license key for plesk 8 is different from plesk 9
