Limit outgoing mail

Hi, I have a question, how can I limit the number of emails sent per hour or per day by a customer or a domain?
I am using Plesk Control Panel 9.3.

With postfix you can do this with policyd.

Hi,

I'm interested in the same solution. I run Plesk 9.5.2 with postfix. Is there a tutorial or something simillar from someone that already done this?
Any advice would be appreciated.
