    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

If you create add-ins such as additional storage, there's no way to also increase the limit before limit warnings are sent without customizing the subscription. In fact, it would really make much more sense if one could simply set the warning threshold to a percentage.
