Question Link subdomain content to website with Main Menu item

Hi;
I have added a subdomain to my Plesk/Wordpress website and uploaded content to the subdomain. How do I add a menu item to the Main Menu to link the website to the subdomain so the content can be accessed from the Main Menu?
