List File in File Manager

Hi, all

I use Plesk 7.5.1 Reload (linux)
one of my customer have file in his root directory (/httpdocs/)
I don't know this is limitation of plesk or some bug because my customer can view the file in File Manager but it display that "httpdocs items of 1079 displayed" << it prove that all files are still existing in the path and I list in server too ^ ^"

Are the files owned by the users username and group?

i.e. if you run 'ls -alh *' in the directory does it display the files with 'ftpusername' user and 'psacln' group?

Yes, it owner and group are correct...
that why I thing it's a bug (may be bug of display more than 1000 files )
