Question load backup copies

I just installed plesk and I want to load a backup that I have on the hard drive of my pc but I do not see the option to load.
What should I do to load my pc file?
 
give us some more info on the back up you have? where did it come from? what form is it in?
 
its been a while since we did this.. but you should be able the place the backup in /opt/plesk/psa/dumps/

other wise you should be able to upload using backup manager?
