login failed for user

I have uploaded a Discuz , a very popular BBS program across the world wrote by a Chinese coder, program on httpdocs, but when type my domain to install my program, during the step of connecting database, it consistently shows " login failed for user". I have created a database and user. I don't know why I failed to login the database. Simultaneously, I am enable to access the webadmin of Sql Server. I have tried a host of methods, such as changing IIS APP POOL and IIS access rights, however, I can't shoot this trouble.
