• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi All,

I have setup 17 sites for one of my clients in the Plesk system. However for some reason 2 of the sites ask for a windows login when you access them through the browser? The other 15 are working fine. I cant see any obvious differences either in the Plesk control panel or even in the security setting in the host header on the server. I am new to Plesk and these are the first sites I have setup so Im sure its something simple I am just overlooking.

Read older threads... Your question has been answered today already (and more than several times in the past).

Could you direct me to one that has answered this problem? I cant seem to find any.

Well I installed the 7.5.3 to 7.5.5 patch as suggested but this did not resolve the issue Please Help!

Try to execute the following command from command line:
cmd> cd %plesk_bin%
cmd> websrvmng.exe --update-anon-password --domain-name=<domain>
or
cmd> websrvmng.exe --update-anon-passwords-all

I hope it will help you
