Have you tried to reinstall DNSSEC extension? Did it help?

Hello,

Thank you, for the quickly reply.

I try now. I have deleted the extension, and install again, but the problem continue.

Greetings

Strange. I can't reproduce it on Plesk 17.0.17 Update #12 CentOS 7.2

Do you have enabled SELiux or Apparmor?

So, It's a problem with Ubuntu 16.04 and Plesk.

I have disabled Apparmor when I install plesk, becuase I read that I have some problems with Plesk. I haven't SELinux.

Also I have detected another problem with permissions, now with site builder Error 1006 get webspace data: Permission denied.

Something fails with Ubuntu 16.04-Plesk and permissions, and I can see the code because the response.php of the dnssec is encrypted.

Also I have done a new test, I use the default Propietary User that is created when add the suscription and I login without any problem. It's only with the new users.

Greetings

Ok. I have created request to developers - PPPM-5478.

I have the same problem and I'm also on Plesk 17.0.17 Update #12 (CloudLinux).

Guys,

Try backup and temporarily remove file /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/dnssec/hooks/CustomButtons.php
Does it help with login issue?

Hello IgorG.
We have the same problem With Ubuntu 14.04 and Plesk Onyx.
Removing the CustomButtons.php did help, but once we put it back the problem is still there.

I can confirm that removing the file /opt/psa/admin/plib/modules/dnssec/hooks/CustomButtons.php has solved the issue in Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS - Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 Update #21
