Resolved Login redirecting

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.56.4

Installed a new version of plesk for linux on Amal 8 and now when logging in, the login redirects me back to the log in screen. This is occuring on several browsers and not related to internal firewall rules.

Any idea?

This can be caused by changing IP addresses. Please login through another, stable internet ip (e.g. mobile phone), then go to Tools & Settings > Security > Session Idle Time and check "Allow IP address changes during a single session".
