Hi,

-Using Site-builder 4.5 for Linux

Problem:

- How do i upload logo that fits the template? I have searched and searched, tried all sizes/formats i read about in these support forums.
-Eventually it leads to some hot-fix for the logo upload? will this really fix the problem?

I tried transparency in all sizes. It(logo's) just breaks the entire sites alignment/heading etc.

So any suggestions?This is urgent

Also is the Hot-Fix available for version 4.5.8? I don't want to install something we have installed on our servers already

No reply? Parallels staff help? please provide me with some support for your product. We have been using Parallels Plesk for a number of years. But SiteBuilder is not really your best product

Hello,

I can suggest to check the following part of documentation: http://download1.parallels.com/SiteBuilder/4.5.0/doc/admin/en_US/html/index.htm?fileName=64020.htm where it's described how to change wizard behaviour during uploading the logo image. Try to configure it the way you need.

As for latest updates for Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder you can check Server -> Autoupdate section through Sitebuilder admin CP interface. In case you have not installed updates you should be informed about that.
