logon with plesk mobile app

I am trying to get access to my server with plesk mobile for android 5.
When put in the same login details I am using on the desktop I get "An internal error has occured. Please contact our support representatives. Owner does not exist."
I am using root.
How does this thing work?

Hi @duvide!

You should use "admin" or some customer login. Root login is not supported by the app.

When I use admin and my password, I get now

Authorization error: THe specified username or password is incorrect."

But I am sure it is correct.
