• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Long time Cloning the database

saatchi

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

3 days ago, I tried to make a copy of a database. Today when I go to a database manage page (another domain), in the header of the page I see this process:

Cloning the database db_name to the database bkup. You will be notified of the progress by e-mail ([email protected]).

in the last 3 days and after start copy, I rebooted the server and also reboot psa service, but it's cloning, yet!

At the other hand, when I get a top report:

top - 09:21:04 up 18:32, 1 user, load average: 1.75, 2.18, 2.29

you can see that memory is used but we haven't any process in the top list!

OS: CentOS 6.2
Plesk: 11.0.9 Update #29

Is there any way to find the hidden process?
How can I stop cloning?
