Macromedia FCS & IIS on the same server (IIS & PLESK IP POOLING)

Greetings,

I followed the instructions here http://www.flashcomguru.com/tutorials/fcs_iis.cfm but have not been able to configure the 2 servers.

The problems:

I cannot select a particular IP instead of "All Unassigned" for

a) Plesk ControlPanel
b) sqladmin(default)
c) Microsoft sharepoint administrator

I used the httpcfg utility to force IIS to listen on a particular IP. But that resulted in all the Websites ceasing to work.

Please advise, on how I can run IIS and FCS on the same server using 2 different IP's

Update: - This worked with prev installation of Plesk 7

Found a fix ... but is it the BEST fix?

At last after a lot of trials I found a fix ... but wondering if its the best fix.

I changed the Plesk control Panel website to a 3rd IP.

So now all my websites are on IP1, FCS on IP2 and Plesk Control panel on IP3.

httpcfg was used to force IIS to listen on IP1 and IP3

Is this a overkill? Better solutions out there?

I'm sorry, we cannot suggest other solution for you yet.

We will investigate ability to integrate Plesk with Flashcom Server.
