Made zip file and site was deleted

New Pleskian
I really hope someone can help as I'm not a techie. I have been manually backing up my sites on the server in plesk using 'Add to archive' I tried to archive a few folders at once and it came up with an error so I deleted the zip file it made. It also seems to of deleted one of the folder a whole site.

Is there any way to get it back I don't have an archive as it doesn't work on the system with only a 2GB temp folder.
