• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue MagicSpam update problems

In my MagicSpam dashboard there is an alert for an available upgrade. When I click the "Upgrade Now" button it asks if I want to upgrade. I click the Yes button and it returns with "No updates found for your platform. " I have Centos 7 and Obsidian 18.0.25.

Then I go to the download page on MagicSpam's website where it asks for my license number. I enter the number on my License Management page and am informed that that number has been deactivated.

Where do I go from here?

Thanks!!

Thanks for the reply, but there is a way to upgrade current installations. I went to MagicSpam's download page and instead of entering the Plesk licence number I entered the number on the MagicSpam dashboard. Downloaded it and installed using the Plesk extension installer. It is done and working well.
