Resolved Mail account user is not able to manage its mail account settings

CentOS Linux 7.9.2009, Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.40 Update #1, Postfix, Dovecot

A mail account user is not able to manage its mail account settings (autoresponder etc.), only general pofile settings. The user role "Application user" is applied, user ist activated.
A second mail account user for test purposes with same settings does not have this problem.
Plesk Repair Tool (backend) does not find any problems.

Using Plesk since 9.5, this is the first time I see a problem like this. I didn´t find any applicable Knowledge Base articles.

Is the option "Can be used to login to Plesk" check for the mailbox?


If it's already checked, you could try to uncheck it (save it) and re check the option again. See if it helps.

Thank you, @Rasp . Yes, the user can be used to log in into Plesk, I did not mention this.
The "old trick" (de-/activation) has worked ;-)
