Mail Autoresponders - Setting up autoreply

I just setup a html autoreply and the mail autoresponders works fine. I need help with anyone that can assist me on having the autoreply insert the emailers name into the message of the reply.

I have used <repsonder_name>, <realname>, <fullname> with no success. Any ideas?

Thank you for the quick response. Still no luck. The only thing that seems to work is <request_subject> and <request_email> but only in the reply subject box. I am not able to get anything to work in the html email of the autoresponder.

I have tried all of these with no luck:
<request_name>
<request_full_user_name>
<request_user>
<FULL_USER_NAME>
<NAME>
