mail box creation issues

Hello,
I came across the following error while i tried to create a mail box for the domian.

Do you guys have a fix for this.....

at (mailmng::MailEnableMailName::MailEnableMAilName line 22)
at execute console command -add -mailname(vconsoleapp::saartline 124)
at execute "path to mailmng.exe " -add-mailname"
