The Linux mail command does not send mail.
echo "test email" | mail -s"test subject" [email protected]
Returns the command prompt without error.
Sending and reciveing email through pop and smtp works fine.
PHP's mail command works fine.
There are no entries in /var/log/maillog (the file is empty) or any of it's rotations.
There are no entries generated in /var/log/messaeges when I attempt to send using the mail command.
Running Fedora core 2, Plesk 7.5.2 w/ qmail.
Any ideas or direction on where to look next in troubleshooting this issue would be most appreciated.
Regards,
-Glen
