Mail creation problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am new to pleak control panel. I am facing a problem that whenever email's are created , plesk control panel is automatically stucked up.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated at our end.

I am facing a mail creation problem . when i try to create a mail id , it is struck at that momeny. If i restart the plesk Management service it is going smoothly. What is the problem? .
