Mail Delivery Errors

I'm getting a lot of mail delivery errors.
And I tried to delete queues in MailEnable.
However, I couldn't invoke MailEnable administrator. It must have too much queues I guess.
Please advise me how I can clean (kill) the queues and re-initialize MailEnable?

Thank you for the reply.
Actually, I applied the updates and I found a tool which delete messages from outbound
at http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=127492#post127417

The tool has been purged 1.2M+ messages so far for last a few days and it's sitll working.

Is there another quicker way to solve the issue?
