Mail Delivery Errors

I'm getting a lot of mail delivery errors.
And I tried to delete queues in MailEnable.
However, I couldn't invoke MailEnable administrator. It must have too much queues I guess.
Please advise me how I can clean (kill) the queues and re-initialize MailEnable?
