I am not understanding the flow, is the email in question that's on plesk being [email protected] sending an email to [email protected]? What's the bounce back message they're getting if any?

If the quoted message is from the user sending from your plesk server to the other person and you're getting a local policy violation, then the other party needs to see why it's being rejected before you can even think about looking to see if it's a configuration issue on your end.

"Mike" getting this from different persons back. It's not always the same mailserver.
So I think it's an issue on my end. Most of this persons working for very big companys. So I think they don't allow my host.
Had the same issue with "@t-online.de". One of the biggest mailprovider in germany. They had to unlock my host...

Have you tried testing the email using mail tester?

Should point out any recommendations as far as what to change to maximize delivery.
