Mail Enable not running Activity Log / No Logging Tab

    I'm trying to diagnose mail delivery delay messages, and i'm using the mail enable log analyzer. I have no activity log files in my log directory and I cannot turn them on via the logging tab within mail enable smtp connector properties (there is no tab). I've looked in the registry and the values for "Activity Log Enabled is set to 1 for the LS connector and SF Connector.

    Does anyone have any ideas on how to turn on the activity loggin feature within mail enable? I have logs from 3 months ago, so it was working at some point. I'm running Plesk 7.0.3.
