• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Here is the problem I'm having.

Login to Plesk as a email user:

1. Click on the SPAM FILTER icon
2. Then click on the TRAINING icon.
3. Now you can checkmark ALL these messages and click on the link " It's Spam" !
4. Now all these messages got trained as spam. ( Icon indicator )
5. Now write down several of the "Subjects" so you can remember later what messages were in this mailbox.
6. Checkmark all messages again
7. Click on the link "Remove Selected"
8. Now ever selected message should be dleted from this e-mail box and when you get to the next screen, all messages are "gone" !!!! ( well, they are not really gone from the mailbox )
9. Start your e-mail program and and check e-mail for this account and you will see, that ALL messages you have just "DELETED" in Plesk will still arrive in your E-mail program.

Why does this happen and how can I get it to actually remove the filtered mail from the mailbox perminently? Is this a bug?
