Mail from external sources

I don't seem to be able to recieve any mail from anyone unless it is sent from my server.

If I send a mail to one of the addresses I set up from my isp mail account it wont work, but if I use a webform that is on my site hosted on the server it works fine.

Any ideas please

What do your mail logs tell you? You should be able to find them in /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

Somehow I managed to delete the log whilst looking for it. This hasn't been my week
