Mail Hosting for domain pointing elsewhere.

I have the domain.tld set at no hosting at my plesk sever and the associated website is hosted at XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX. I have the following at GoDaddy DNS Service-->

I can send but not receive mail without setting the smtp. How can i make it send/receive mail normally like it was website hosted on my plesk server.
