Mail Issue

whenever I click on send and recieve through outlook I notice that the progress for send/recieve downloading goes as follows 10, 15 , 12, 500 bits per second and so forth and the mails are never pop. Then Outlook times out or restarts. This problem only occur with some email accounts. Once I delete the email that was read through webmail. The problem is solved; its not a Malformed email.

Can anyone explain to me why is this happening.

Got the same problem. Will let know if i find any solution to this.
